We are a well-run grain farm based in Crystal Springs, Saskatchewan, with a growing footprint across multiple rural municipalities and expansion underway in Paraguay, South America.
We focus on execution, continuous improvement, and making better decisions every day — operating disciplined, profitable systems at scale.
We take pride in running a tight, accountable operation where details matter.
We’re not perfect. We make mistakes, learn from them, and make the adjustments needed to keep moving forward.
We operate with a long-term mindset — strengthening the land, improving its productivity, and building a resilient operation that performs through both strong years and tough seasons. We believe in the long-term value of farmland and make decisions accordingly.
We run a structured, disciplined operation built around execution and accountability.
Each day starts with a production meeting — run at a high level, similar to an oilfield operation. We cover safety, efficiency, progress from the day before, and the plan for the day ahead — including service work, parts, grain movement, field work, and trucking — so everyone is aligned before the day begins.
Equipment service and repairs are tracked in a shared system so the whole team knows what’s been done and what’s coming up — helping prevent problems before they turn into downtime.
Safety matters. We share alerts and review incidents as a team so everyone can learn and improve.
We use tools like AI meeting notes to capture decisions and keep everyone in the loop — even if they miss a meeting.
We believe in looking after the land properly — maintaining tree lines around fields for wind protection, moisture retention, and long-term soil health.
Expectations are clear. Follow-through is required. Everyone plays a role in keeping the operation running smoothly.
