Full-Time Farm Labourer / Equipment Operator

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support daily farm operations. This role includes operating equipment, assisting with seeding and harvest, equipment maintenance, and general farm duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate farm equipment safely and efficiently 
• Assist with seeding, spraying, and harvest operations 
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs 
• Follow daily plans and communicate with the team 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating farm equipment preferred 
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail 
• Ability to work long hours during peak seasons 
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
